Healthcare recruitment marketing operates under tighter constraints than almost any other vertical.
That's the point.

Wellstar needed a sustained, high-volume recruitment marketing creative program to attract candidates at scale across one of the most competitive hiring markets in healthcare. Every deliverable ran through strict brand governance, legal and compliance review, and enterprise approval chains before going anywhere near a candidate.

The creative problem wasn't just making strong work. It was making strong work consistently, at volume, inside a regulated environment where a single off-brand or off-compliance deliverable gets pulled. Speed and quality aren't a trade-off in this context — they're both required, simultaneously, every cycle.

Client Context

Wellstar is Georgia's largest and most integrated healthcare system — Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, 33,000+ team members, 11 hospitals, and 329+ medical offices. Their hiring volume demands a creative program operating at the same level as their consumer-facing brand. In a healthcare market where every major system is competing for the same nurses, doctors, and administrators, the employer brand has to work harder than the job listing.

I was the Art Director on Wellstar — primary creative on the account under CD direction, owning all art direction decisions and execution independently across every deliverable and format. During the same period I ran ProMedica in parallel, with two distinct regulated brands sharing one designer. Running both demanded production speed and brand precision in equal measure, inside a regulatory environment that doesn't forgive shortcuts and doesn't accept excuses.

Page designs, hero creative, and ongoing visual updates for Wellstar's talent acquisition platform — maintaining brand consistency while keeping the creative fresh in a competitive candidate market.

Digital Advertising Campaigns
Prospecting and retargeting banner ad campaigns across all standard sizes — targeting nursing, clinical, administrative, and specialist audiences across Georgia and beyond. Each campaign had to pass compliance and legal review before going live, which means the creative couldn't afford to be fixed after the fact. Every ad had to be right on the first submission.

Facility signage in healthcare serves a different purpose than trade show environments: it speaks to people who already know the brand and are deciding whether they want to work for it. That distinction shaped every format decision.
